"We hired Halcyon Elder Care over 2 years ago as Case Manager for my Mother who had terminal illnesses and severe mobility issues. As the only son available to assist with my Mother's care, there would have been no way I could've managed the last 2 plus years without the expertise, care, and management of Halcyon.

In particular our assigned case manager Marie Peterson was not only exemplary in her health care and medical knowledge relating to my Mother's case, which was fairly complex. But Marie also applied a comprehensive approach whereby she ensured the safety and comfort in my Mother's home was always ensured, including food and other general necessities and comfort items for my Mother. Marie was also able to get my Mother to the many doctors and specialists that she required, which prior to hiring Halcyon my Mother was very adverse to doing for herself. Marie was not only kind and compassionate to my Mother, but was also very supportive to me as her son. Particularly when my father suddenly passed away about a year ago. Marie provided support and assistance that was equivalent to having another sibling at the time and the days and months that followed. Marie was also excellent at communicating updates to me regarding my Mother's status. Finally, when it comes to caring about her work and her client, I would be hard pressed to find anyone that compares to Marie."
